Pupils from OMER Academy Online Madrasa, dispersed across nations including UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and India, have unveiled a collection of Arabic short films as an integral facet of their educational endeavours. Remarkably, these students undertook roles in the entire filmmaking process, from conceiving narratives and developing screenplays to assuming directorial duties. Filming took place at diverse locales, facilitated by the assistance of their parents.
One standout creation, titled "Farha," narrates the tale of an exuberant girl who serendipitously encounters a young underprivileged companion amid celebratory occasions. This compelling project materialized within the Busthan Batch of OMER Academy Online Madrasa, serving as an extension of their immersive Arabic studies.
The productions spotlight the dedication and ingenuity of these Malayali students, fostering cross-cultural connections through the universal medium of film.
